Streets Alive aim to leave a lasting work that represents our youth. Previous works include 'Graffiti Walls' (Kings Bridge and Bathurst St Carpark) and 'Text Rocks' in Kings Park and the 'Graffiti Log Sculpture' at the entrance to Royal Park. This festival we would like to make a bus shelter and we are currently confirming site on Paterson St in the vicinity of past Streets Alive installations. We aim to utilise large granite pieces that maintain their natural form on the outside and are cut clean on the inside to create a city bus shelter. Inscribed on the inside surface will be messages of hope. Contact us if your school would like to write one of the messages.
