Streets Alive is offering a comprehensive program of Master Classes for secondary students and emerging community artists, involving a cross-section of contemporary art and street art forms. It is hoped that this series of classes will expose youth to more specialized sub-cultures such as hip hop, beat boxing, rapping and protest art, which have boomed in recent years as well as song writing, sculpture, art appreciation and documentary making. This series is targeted towards high school students as well as the further community and will be held over the weekends April 1 & 2, 8 & 9.
